Can someone please explain to me why I can't get a Google toolbar in a Google Chrome browser? What sense does that make?

I think it has to do with the fact that the idea behind Chrome is to be simple, elegant, and fast. Having a Google toolbar simply removes the first two, and is redundant considering typing anything into the URL bar automatically brings up Google.
